FuHui Veyly uses high-grade brass (copper-zinc alloy) with a minimum copper content of ≥95%. We can adjust the alloy ratio upon request (e.g. adding tin for an antique bronze finish).  Clients are welcome to visit our factory to inspect raw materials and semi-finished products – quality you can see with your own eyes.

We specialize in Buddhist statues across both exoteric and esoteric (Vajrayana) traditions, including:
Exoteric Buddhism: Shakyamuni, Amitabha, Guanyin, Ksitigarbha, Maitreya, Manjushri, Samantabhadra, etc.
Vajrayana: Mahavairocana, Vajrasattva, Kalachakra, Mahakala, Palden Lhamo, Green Tara, White Tara, Padmasambhava, Four-Armed Avalokiteshvara, etc.
Protectors and Patriarchs: Skanda, Sangharama, Bodhidharma, the Sixth Patriarch, etc.
Taoist and folk deities: Three Pure Ones, Jade Emperor, God of Wealth, Wenchang, Mazu, etc. We also undertake custom figures, animal sculptures, and urban bronze art. Our factory showroom displays a wide range of finished samples – you are welcome to visit and select in person.

We produce everything from small desktop statues (from 10 cm) to large-scale outdoor monuments (several meters to over 10 meters). Standard sizes are available with existing moulds, while special sizes can be fully customized based on drawings, photos, or sketches. Hand-casting may result in a tolerance of ±1-3 cm, which is normal for the craft. For large projects, we recommend visiting our factory for more precise size and proportion confirmation.

Yes. We serve both individual customers (for home altars, collections, gifts) and business clients (temples, cultural companies, developers). Individuals can order directly online, while businesses are welcome to contact us for custom solutions or wholesale pricing. Clients from Taiwan and Malaysia can order directly through our website, or schedule a factory visit before placing an order.

FuHui Veyly accepts bank transfer (including corporate accounts). For custom orders, we require a 50% deposit in advance, with the balance paid before shipment. Deposits are non-refundable as they cover materials and initial labour. Specific payment schedules can be negotiated in the contract. Clients from Taiwan and Malaysia can use local bank transfers – we provide full corporate account details.

All quotes from FuHui Veyly are for the product only and do not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated separately based on size, weight, destination, and delivery method, and will be discussed later. The final product price depends on size, design complexity, surface finish, and custom design fees. As a direct factory, we offer factory-direct pricing with no middleman markup. Standard items have reference prices on the website; custom orders require a precise quote from our team.

In-stock standard items ship within 3-5 working days. Custom orders (including new moulds) generally take 20-60 days, while large complex projects may require more time – the exact timeline will be specified in the contract. Factory visits for plan confirmation can shorten the communication cycle and accelerate production.

Yes. The process is:
Requirement discussion – you provide drawings, photos, sketches, or detailed descriptions (for Vajrayana statues, please include iconometric proportions).
Design approval – we create a clay maquette or 3D render for confirmation.
Mould making – after approval, we produce the mould and begin casting.
Casting & finishing – the piece goes through casting, welding, grinding, and surface treatment (over 20 steps).
Final inspection – we send photos/videos for your approval before packaging and shipping.
Clients are welcome to visit our factory and observe the entire process – from clay modeling and mould making to casting and finishing – every step is transparent.

No. Even 1 piece is welcome – bulk orders qualify for tiered discounts.

Yes. We accept various formats – images, PDFs, CAD files, 3D models, etc. Our team will evaluate your material, advise on material selection, size adjustments, and process optimisation to ensure the final product faithfully matches your original vision while meeting foundry standards. If you have a physical sample, you are welcome to bring it to our factory for direct reference.

FuHui Veyly uses a three-layer protective system:
Inner layer: EPE foam tightly wrapped around every protruding part.
Middle layer: high-strength cardboard box with cushioning materials.
Outer layer: wooden crate or wooden frame (mandatory for medium/large items; small pieces may be reinforced with a frame).
All packaging is drop-tested and vibration-tested. We partner with major logistics companies and strongly recommend purchasing transport insurance for added security.

Environment: Place in a dry, ventilated area, away from moisture, acids, or salty conditions.
Dusting: Regularly wipe with a soft cotton cloth; use a soft brush for detailed crevices.
Oxidation: If natural patina appears, you can use a professional brass polish to restore shine, or keep the antique look – it's a matter of personal preference.
Avoid: Never use sandpaper, wire brushes, or cleaners containing acids, alkalis, or chlorides.

Gilded or painted surfaces are sensitive to friction and solvents. Only use a soft dry cloth or wool brush to gently remove dust – never use water or any liquid cleaner.

Custom nature: All our products are made-to-order (including standard items, as each is produced against a specific order). Once confirmed and production started, we do not accept returns or exchanges – please double-check all details before ordering.
Shipping damage: Please inspect upon delivery. If damaged, reject the shipment or take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide repair solutions.
Casting characteristics: As a traditional hand-craft, slight imperfections such as minor pinholes, flow lines, or grinding marks are normal and do not affect overall appearance or religious use – these are not considered quality defects.
Colour variance: Product images may show colour differences due to monitor settings and lighting – the actual item prevails; this is not a quality issue.
Special requests: If you have specific requirements (e.g. surface texture, exact size tolerance), please communicate them clearly with our customer service before production – we will do our best to clarify every detail in advance.

First, reject delivery or take clear photos as evidence, then contact our customer service immediately. We will help you file a claim with the logistics company and offer repair options based on the extent of the damage.
