We started Fuhui Veyly back in 2018 in Huizhou, Guangdong — but our roots run much deeper. Our founding team brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in brass sculpting and lost-wax casting. From day one, our mission was simple: marry ancient Chinese lost-wax techniques with modern precision engineering to create high-end brass Buddha statues and large-scale religious sculptures that stand the test of time.
What began as a small artisan workshop has grown into a full-fledged foundry with 10,000㎡ of production space, a 1,000㎡ display showroom, and a dedicated team of over 100 craftspeople. To date, we've successfully completed 150+ large-scale custom projects, with our tallest single-piece statue reaching an impressive 9 meters. Our work now ships regularly to Taiwan (China), Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia — and we're just getting started.
Our factory is located in Huizhou, Guangdong — right in the heart of China's manufacturing belt. The facility spans 10,000 square meters and is organized into dedicated zones: a wax pattern sculpting studio, a lost-wax casting production line, a finishing and polishing shop, a gilding and painting workshop, and a 1,000㎡ showroom where clients can see finished works up close.

Melting & Pouring Zone – multiple medium-frequency induction furnaces for melting various brass alloys, plus crane-assisted pit-pouring systems specifically designed for oversized castings.
Finishing & Surface Treatment – large polishing grinders, sandblasting units, gold-leaf gilding workstations, spray booths for polychrome painting, and chemical patination tanks for hot coloring.

We don't rush to quote. Instead, we start with a conversation: Indoor or outdoor installation? What size are you envisioning? Do you prefer a solemn expression or a gentler one? What's your budget and delivery timeline? Based on your answers, our sculpting team puts together a complete technical proposal — covering alloy selection (different brass blends for durability vs. aesthetics), wall-thickness planning (critical for large statues to prevent warping), process strategy (segmented casting if needed), and surface finish options (antique patina, gold-leaf gilding, or polychrome painting). We'll also provide concept renderings so you can visualize the final piece before we even start carving.
This is our hard line on quality: before we pour a single drop of molten brass, we present the 1:1 wax master pattern for your review — either via live video walkthrough or an in-person visit. What you see in wax is exactly what you'll get in bronze. We will not proceed to shell-building or casting until you sign off on the wax. Throughout production, we send regular milestone updates (wax done → shell done → casting done → finishing done → surface treatment done), so you're never left guessing.
Before any statue leaves our factory, it must pass a final sign-off inspection conducted by our senior craftsman team — covering every detail from sculptural proportion and facial expression to surface finish and color consistency. If a client has any concerns during receiving or usage, we commit to a prompt response, open communication, and honest feedback — working with the client in good faith to find a proper resolution. Because we firmly believe: a flawed Buddha is a disservice to faith.
